1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the mplay8 website accessible at https://mplay8.net together with all services offered on it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the mplay8 platform.
• "Services" covers the sportsbook, online slots, live casino, arcade games and all other betting products available on the platform.
• "Account Balance" means the total real money available in a user's account for betting or withdrawal purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional value credited to a user's account subject to the specified wagering requirements.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Registration and use of the mplay8 platform are subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Users must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration. mplay8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will close accounts that do not meet this requirement.
• Each individual may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Users must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including full name, identity card number (MyKad) and an active mobile phone number.
• mplay8 reserves the right to conduct identity checks and request verification documents at any time in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Use of the platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. Betting on behalf of another person or on behalf of a business is prohibited.

3. Account Use

Once an account has been successfully registered, the user is fully responsible for all activities that take place under that account.

• Users must choose a strong password and keep it confidential from others. mplay8 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a shared or compromised password.
• Each login session must use valid credentials. Any suspected login attempts may result in the account being temporarily suspended for security purposes.
• Users must update their personal information if any changes occur, particularly the mobile phone number and email used for verification purposes.
• Accounts that are inactive for a set period may be subject to a maintenance fee or closed at mplay8's discretion, with notice provided via the registered email.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mplay8 platform are subject to the following policies:

4.1 Payment Methods

mplay8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods: RM20
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100

4.3 Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved. This time may vary depending on verification requirements and payment network conditions.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the account or payment method registered in the member's name. Transfers to third parties are not permitted.
• All bonus-related wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal is approved.
• mplay8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal for anti-money laundering purposes.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by mplay8 are subject to the following conditions:

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the member's level of engagement and betting activity over time.

5.3 Prohibition on Bonus Abuse

mplay8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close accounts if there is evidence of abuse, including opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, coordinated betting with other parties, or techniques considered bonus fraud.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mplay8 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or modified by the user except in circumstances specifically provided for by the platform.
• mplay8 reserves the right to cancel any bet placed based on clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during a game, mplay8 will use server records to determine the valid betting outcome.
• Bets suspected of involving fraud, unlawful collusion or manipulation of results may be cancelled and the related account will be blocked.
• Official results published by recognised sports authorities or game providers are final for bet settlement purposes.

7. Personal Data Protection

mplay8 respects user privacy and handles all personal data in accordance with strict data protection standards. Information collected during registration and use of the platform is used solely for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and compliance with international licensing requirements

8. Prohibitions and Restrictions

• Distributing any content that is offensive, defamatory or unlawful on the platform
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with system operations
• Using a VPN, proxy or location-masking method to bypass set geographical restrictions
• Engaging in any money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

mplay8 provides the betting platform as-is and strives to ensure continuous and secure operations. However:

• mplay8 is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures or events beyond our control.
• Betting is a risky activity. Users are fully responsible for their own betting decisions.
• mplay8 makes no guarantees regarding game or betting outcomes. All outcomes are random and fair, based on audited systems.
• Losses arising from slow or interrupted internet connections on the user's end are beyond mplay8's responsibility.

10. Account Termination

A user account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• At the user's request: Users may apply for voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or support email. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the current policy.
• At mplay8's discretion: mplay8 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms and conditions, fraudulent activity or failure to meet identity verification requirements.
• Self-exclusion: Users who wish to take a temporary or permanent break from the platform may apply for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gambling section. Accounts that have been excluded cannot be reactivated within the specified period.

11. Amendments to Terms

12. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws applicable to the international licence under which mplay8 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through direct negotiation with the mplay8 support team.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute may be referred to the resolution body designated by the licensing authority governing mplay8's operations. The decision of that body is final and binding on both parties.
